GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTION
ABSolute Core + More All Levels An intense abdominal work-out focusing on core muscles as well as other major muscle groups. This class will have you standing taller and improve your balance.
Aquacise All Levels Exercise in the water and get more resistance than on land. This is a great low impact workout for all muscle groups for all levels. The class focuses on cardio and toning, and there is no need to know how to swim. Members and non-members welcome. Contact the Aquatics department for fees and session schedules.
BOOT CAMP (Intermediate/Advanced) A high intensity class, combining strength training and agility.
CARDIO PILATES- All levels Get the best of Pilates while sweating and elevating your heart rate at the same time.
PILATES All levels Based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, this core based mat class is designed to strengthen the entire body. These techniques will release persistent tightness, build core strength and help realign your body. Using these core principals you will transform your body as you strengthen you deep abdominal muscles, developing balance, coordination, and posture. Members free, non-members $17 walk-in or 10 tickets for $153.
SPINNING All levels A cardio based workout on our new state of the art bikes that will maximize your fitness and endurance. Enjoy the ride!
TOTAL TONE All levels Total body conditioning designed to target all the major muscle groups. Feel the burn and enjoy the benefit in this class.
YOGA (Vinyasa) All levels This class will help promote flexibility, strength, stress reduction, deep breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Members 10 tickets for $100 or $12 walk-in, non-members $17 walk-in, 10 tickets for $153.
ZUMBA (All levels/advanced) Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music. It is designed for everyone. You don’t have to know how to dance to benefit from the great cardio and sculpting Zumba delivers. Come on in and see the incredible results for yourself!! Members: free NM: $12 per class walk-in $100 for book of ten.
ZUMBA Hip Hop (All levels) Dance your way to a fitter you in our new ZUMBA Hip Hop Class. This combination of ZUMBA and Hip Hop class will deliver a great energetic heart pumping work out for all. Dance the hour away as you whittle away your waistline! Members free, non-members welcome, $12 per class for walk-ins, $100 for book of 10.
ZUMBA Gold (Seniors) Join this energetic class of “movers” and “shakers”. It’s fitness and fun all rolled into one! It’s officially ZUMBA for Seniors!
