The Bergen County YJCC offers a wide variety of results-oriented personal training programs. These programs are designed to help improve health, appearance, performance and increase your energy. Our certified personal fitness trainers focus on safely getting you maximum results in the minimum of time and the safest way possible.

Personal Training
It is most effective way to reach your fitness goals. Working with a personal trainer at a pace you both select, you will have the tools and guidance to achieve your fitness goals safely. Your personal trainer provides encouragement, motivation and support to get you started and keep you going. Helping to make your workout time efficient, safe and highly productive, your personal trainer will make sure your routing suits your physical fitness level and changes as your fitness improves. Whether you are a competitive athlete looking to learn more about advanced training techniques, or a post-rehab patient, we have an exercise routing and program to meet your needs. Programs will be designed for every age group.

Sports Specific Training
Improve your results through better physical conditioning by using the latest training techniques.

Y Junior Fitness
Personal training sessions for children 11-13. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate and may use the Fitness Center with their parents.
Basic package: 1 hour orientation session with YJCC personal trainer.
Advanced: 6 half-hour sessions. Participants are taught safe use of strength equipment, stretching techniques and healthy diet habits.

TeenFit (ages 11-17)
Through a carefully designed exercise regimen addressing specific needs, we’ll build a solid foundation, which will help your teen acquire healthy habits for a thriving adulthood.

Group Personal Training
Workout with a friend or two and motivate each other to stay fit. Enjoy the company and significant savings.

Senior Strength
This carefully designed program provides a safe and individualized exercise regiment that uses strength, core stabilization, balance training and cardiovascular equipment. We’ll provide the information you need to improve and maintain muscle tone, balance, flexibility and endurance.

Clinical Programs
Personal training for individuals with specific medical concerns including:
- Cardiovascular disease
- Orthopedic injuries
- High blood pressure
- Diabetes
- Osteoporosis
- Lower back problems

All packages expire 6 months from date of purchase. Personal training fee are non-refundable without a doctor’s note.
