SPINNING Get ready for the ride of your life! From first time spinners to the most advanced cyclists, the YJCC has excellent spin instructors to help you achieve your fitness goals. Spinning is recognized as one of the best workouts you can do to improve your health.

OTC (Outdoor Training Course) Exclusive at the YJCC Lose weight, improve strength and endurance, and strengthen your core with this total body workout. This innovative class is 60 minutes of non stop cardio and resistance training using free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and body weight. Participants work independently and as teams using aerobic and strength training drills.
