OKINAWAN SHORIN RYU SHIDO KAN KARATE       

The YJCC offers Okinawan Karate for children and adults.
All classes are open to both Members and Non-Members.
Anyone may try a sample class for free.
This age-old practice helps enhance coordination and balance, while emphasizing self-discipline and respect.
