Welcome to the Health and Wellness Department. Our goal is to provide you with all of your health and wellness needs in a convenient and friendly atmosphere. We offer you the most effective and safe health programs offered by an expert staff of health professionals.

Our remarkable 85,000 sq ft, facility has everything you need with convenient one stop shopping. Our premier fitness, recreation, and aquatics facility includes:

 • A Strength and conditioning center
• Aerobics center
• Indoor walking and jogging track
• Double sized gymnasium
• Three racquetball courts
• Aerobics and dance studio
• Spinning studio • Karate studio
• 75 foot, indoor heated swimming pool, and an indoor children’s pool.
• Outdoor training area
